Travel conditions

  • Reserved tickets should be redeemed from the ticket booth no later than 30 minutes before departure. The ticket booth opens one hour before departure.
  • Child fee for age 716 years.
  • Group discount minimum 15 persons -10 %. Valid only on regular cruises.
  • No extra charge for dogs.
  • Prices include VAT 10 %.
  • We reserve the right to changes in the timetables and prices without prior notice.

 

Booking and payment

We recommend booking in advance. Bookings can be made by contacting our customer service by phone +358 19 524 3331 or email runeberg(at)msjlruneberg.fi. Our office hours are weekdays at 08.00–16.00. Reserved tickets should be redeemed from the ticket booth before stepping aboard.

Tickets can be bought also at the ticket booth in front of the ship. The ticket booth opens 1 hour before every departure. Group leaders should redeem tickets no later than 30 min. before departure. Advanced booked, unredeemed tickets are sold at 9.45.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of a regular cruise:

  • 15 days before departure we charge 0 % of the total cruise price.
  • 14-8 days before departure we charge 25 % of the total cruise price.
  • 7-3 days before departure we charge 50 % of the total cruise price.
  • 2-0 days before departure we charge 90 % of the total cruise price
  • For cancellation of restaurant services 7 days or later before the cruise we charge 90 % of the ordered restaurant services.

Cancellation of charter cruises:

  • 21 days before departure we charge 50 % of the total cruise price.
  • 2-0 days before departure we charge 90 % of the total cruise price.
  • For cancellation of restaurant services 7 days or later before the cruise we charge 90 % of the ordered restaurant services.

Complaints

Any potential complaints must be presented immediately to the staff or a member of the crew. In case this is not possible or there was no satisfactory solution agreed, or the complaint is accompanied by a claim for a refund, it must be presented in writing within one week from the event and to be sent to the following address:
